Rentals
A $200 per week non-refundable processing fee is included in your deposit.
There is a $200 deposit per week for rentals under $2,000
There is a $500 deposit per week for rentals $2,000 and over
The balance paid less the $200 processing fee for each rental week will be refunded up to the amount we are able to receieve for re-renting.
